My complaint:

A supplier is saying the parce was delivered through letter box. It cant have been becuase its a big parcel, its also still being tracked as not arrived , Evri I cant get through to to explain, it doesnt recognise the postcode either and they have no proof of delivery! how on earth are you supposed to sort this.
