My complaint:
I ordered a parcel off Shein worth 70 pounds. The Everi courier put it in a bin the night before bins go out. As you can see, the bin is full, this is an unhygenic practice, and my parcel I have been waiting for is in the tip!
Suggested solution:
I want my 70 pounds back!
