My complaint:
I sent a package to a client with Evri earlier in August. A parcel was delivered with the same tracking number and address details, however it was not the package nor the item I sent. Using the tracking service it shows that the parcel was delivered but it was not mine so I am having to refund the client resulting on a considerable loss to me. I have not been able to get an answer to evri and cannot reach anyone through their chat or phone line.
Suggested solution:
I would like evri to get in touch with me.
