Evri complaint: a very unhappy and disappointed customer!

My complaint:

I am emailing to make a complaint about the customer service team at Evri. I made a purchase for the first time using the courier collection service and I will not be using Evri services again.
I made a mistake when ordering and printing the shipping label and as normal procedure, I contacted the customer service team to help me make the adjustment. However after contacting the chat service numerous times and calling Evri over 15 times, I was told by the automated resoonse that someone will contact me within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and no one has bothered to contact me and I have had no help or support.

I also tried to cancel the order online several times before 10pm (the day I made the order) but it requires an EVR code which online says I should have recieved when I recieved my order ation. However I was not provided with this EVR code in the ation email, hence trying to contact customer services to cancel to no avail.

If I continue to be ignored and do not hear back from Evri again, I will be escalating this matter further.

Suggested solution:

I should have spoken to a REAL person. I kept being put through to an automated service who promised someone would contact me and deal with my issue within 24 hours. It has not been 3 days and I have had no response!
