My complaint:

Having sent an item sold on ebay through Evri, I have been contacted by the customer who has not received the item. I dropped said item at a local Evri depot. I have contacted them – they no longer have the parcel (dropped off with them 3 weeks ago). Evri is showing that the parcel is still with me, and there is no way of contacting anyone to find out where the parcel is – Evri-thing is automated, and no help at all.

Suggested solution:

Contact me and tell me where my parcel is so that I can either claim compensation or advise the customer.
