My complaint:
I was sent a bizarre email from etsy stating they would refrain from sending me father’s day emails, as it might be painful for me. No one else received this email that I know. Why was I targeted by etsy about father’s day? Why would they assume anything about father’s would bother me or be painful? This is highly unusual offensive.
Suggested solution:
I want to know why I was targeted by this company for this irrational email.
