My complaint:
I ordered a story in December on Etsy from SGL town. I ordered on a public computer so the purchase is not coming up in my Etsy app. I am still waiting for the purchase and I have no way to contact Etsy or SGL town. All I have is an email sent almost 2 weeks ago to say my item has been dispatched. When I click on this to track item it says item does not exist. When I go back into Etsy app it says I have no orders. When I search for SGL town it says looks like this shop is closed. I am getting very frustrated because there is no easy way to contact Etsy. Pls see screenshot of email I received.
Suggested solution:
I would like my item or a refund of my money. I would also like it easier in the future to be able to contact Etsy.
