My complaint:
I recently made a purchase in excess of $ 300. with Etsy/Dadogard. The item was delivered to the wrong recipient. I have tried to resolve the matter with both entities, unsuccessfully. I would like to either have my frunds returned or have the item redelivered to the correct receiver as I have repeatedly requested of both companies.
Suggested solution:
They should either return my funds or deliver the paid for5 ite3m to the correct receiver.
