My complaint:
I ordered a table and chairs from you on May 23. In your adv you stated that it was free shipping to my address. Then after that the ad was deleted from your site due to it being the last item in stock. The next day i checked the email from the vendor and was told that i was responsible for shipping and delivery and would have to make my arrangements to have the delivery made??. Why did you falsely state free shipping in your web page? i simply call it a scam to get allot of money from people and then change the shipping status and also makeing the vendor try to explain the error. This has cost me and the vendor allot of confusion and vauable time trying to contact your company and file for a refund. The vendor realized this and stated i was not the only customer you have done this too. . I want too ask that you refund the company the cost for time and also refund the remaining money that has not been refunded from them too me. I am still short and confused about your policy!!. The order no was 2483000801. Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
