Etsy complaint: Account Suspended in Error

My complaint:

Etsy permanently suspended my account twice in two weeks. They admitted both times was an error but refuse to look into why and assure it won’t happen again. They owe me money, aren’t responding to my emails and have ignored every request to reverse two refunds to my buyer which were issued as a direct result of them shutting me down. I have shipped everything on time and am in violation of none of their terms. They treat sellers with utter disrespect and contempt. They are seemingly totally unaccountable for their actions or for the fact that they cost me 22 selling days, which may have resulted in hundreds of pounds of lost sales for me. I have asked for my listing fees back as compensation and am I ignored. They just send a cut and paste response that doesn’t address anything I’ve asked. They need to be held accountable for their vile treatment of sellers.

Suggested solution:

Pay me what I’m owed
Reverse incorrect refunds
Refund my listing fees as compensation
Investigate fully why I was shut down and assure it won’t happen again
