My complaint:
The issue that I have experienced was: Etsy suspended my account out of no where. This is a common problem that other sellers have described in complaints as well. Then they have been refunding buyers immediately even though the tracking is showing that the items have already been delivered or are close to being delivered. Buyers have started to scam me and other sellers by waiting until their item is getting close and then requesting a refund.
This meant that Since I have already shipped the products. I have lost a ton of money since I have no way of recovering the jerseys.
I would like Etsy to credit me for all of the buyers that they refunded and release the money that they owe me that they have frozen.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the money that they took from me illegally and release the rest of my funds that they have frozen
