My complaint:
Etsy has been robbing sellers blind. They auto-refund buyers even when you have supplied the buyer with the shipping details. This is leaving me thousands of dollars in debt and they are refusing to reply to any of my messages.
Suggested solution:
They should speak with me concerning the matter. They should stop auto-refunding the buyers and allow the buyers to receive the item not on my own dime but with the money that they paid for it.
