Etihad Airways complaint: Rude behaviour

My complaint:

Hi! With booking reference CNJZLY, I landed an hour ago at Abu Dhabi airport from YYZ after almost 13hrs flight and there were two ladies on the transfer desks who were so rude to me when I asked them for any accommodation or food voucher as I have a 9hrs stay at airport. When I was travelling 3weeks back via Eithad they gave me food voucher and talked nicely. Also I didn’t ask them for my gate number as they were not treating me nice so I moved to terminal 1 and there I asked for my gate number from other transfer desks.
But those two ladies today were extremely rude, I guess that’s not how eithad treats there guests and a tired passenger. After such a long travell they really made me upset. Please look into this matter.

Suggested solution:

An apology and teach both ladies how to behave with guests. Give me some refund on my ticket.
