My complaint:
The airline changed my flight time twice and made my layover to be 9 hours. When we contacted them in the United States they informed us that we can get hotel accommodation by asking for it once we check in at the airport. However, that was the wrong information and at the airport no one was able to help us or provide any accommodation. My experience with Etihad is very disappointing and exhausting.
Suggested solution:
They should have provided the correct information and proper accommodation.
