My complaint:
Hello!!
I landed in kolkata from Dammam via Abu Dhabi just now and found that 2 of my luggage has been damaged. One trolley bag handle has been broken and so we cannot pull it and other one wheel has been ripped off and the bag is useless.
To my surprise I had tagged the bag whose wheel has been ripped apart as Fragile and now there is no fragile tag available on my luggage.
I am flying back on 24th early morning to Dammam. Get the details from my reference number.So request you to resolve the issue before that.
We have placed our complaint to the airport staff with all documents and photographs, but have not received any complain number.
Please expedite the process and resolve at the earliest.
