Etihad Airways complaint: Luggage mishandle

My complaint:

My son traveled with Etihad airways Doha-Abudhabi-Dhaka as a student. It was his first visit to a new country, an unknown place. He received his luggage after two days. He stayed two days in the hotel. When we tried to talk to Etihad airways customer service they said the flight is handled by Air Arabia so we need to call air Arabia when we call to air Arabia they said you booked the ticket with Etihad airways, therefore, it is Etihad Airways’ responsibility. My son suffer a lot and paid for the two nights at the hotel because of airline mismanagement.

Suggested solution:

We received luggage after two night, continuously followup.
