My complaint:
Dear,
I was flying from Paris, France to Abu Dhabi, UAE with Etihad, I booked economy ticket for 430€.
In the airport I did also tax free with all the original packages, after I did check in with Etihad and first I was waiting 2h to check in and because my big suitcase weighed 31kg instead of 23kg I asked Etihad check in person to open my suitcase to take out some heavy winter clothes which I could cary with me and she did not let me to open my suitcase because I had 2 paper bags with me, which I explained to her i don’t need, because I finished my tax free, so I will take them to the trash. She did not even listen and she said you can pay by credit card and I had to pay 333€ for 8 extra kilograms.
At the end I paid economy ticket 793€ one way from Paris to Abu Dhabi.
