My complaint:
We went to Dubai last may 2021 and Etihad cancelled our flights to Manchester 3 times .it was costing us huge money in hotels food etc .then in august they said they would fly us to london not Manchester which was our final destination.they said they will only pay our taxi from Dubai to Abu dhabhi .london Heathrow to our hotel ,and then london to Manchester which came to £550’.they agreed to pay $366 which didn’t include london Manchester.and it has been more than 18 months and they keep closing my case without paying.I have been emailing ringing them since 18 months but they are sooooo useless .what can you do,pls
Suggested solution:
By transferring £550 to my bank account .they have that .not even asking for hotel money
