My complaint:
Hello,
On 9th march 2023 I have tried to book flight ticket on Etihad website from Doha to Hyderabad, unfortunately ticket booking was not ed and amount 620 QAR debited from my account. I didn’t receive any mail from Etihad on booking ation.
I have contacted your team by calling (00800101501) number and they told your website is under maintenance and updating.
I thought the ticket was not booked and asking refund with your team from 9th March to 30th March. They asked me my bank account number, IBAN no, Swift code etc., after that no response.
On 4th of April 2023 one for your team member called me and told your ticket was ed with booking reference RV3WXN. I was shocked and asked your team how come I didn’t receive any mail on booking ation.
They raised multiple case ID but no use, today just now they told Etihad can refund only 410QAR with taking cancellation fees. This is not acceptable.
Please explain, your website was down and Etihad is responsible on this issue. I should get full refund.
