My complaint:

I am supposed to fly tomorrow from Toronto to Mumbai on April 14, 2023 and all of a sudden the realization that my flight booking has been cancelled without any notification by Etihad has caused disruptions and anxieties in our lives.
This afternoon April 13,2023 I went online today to do my online check-in for my flight tomorrow, April 14 from Toronto to Mumbai. I realised that my bookings only showed the return flight sector on the 24th April from LaGuardia to YYZ. Upon calling Etihad Airways on 1866 948 1081 they informed me that my bookings were cancelled… It is a big stressful moment for us, not knowing how and why the bookings were cancelled and whether we are travelling tomorrow April 14th.
I have been calling your call centre about this issue for the last 3 -4 hours, and have spoken to 5 different call operator and a Supervisor. All I hear is that they are investigating. They say they will call back, but we have still now heard from them. This news has disrupted all our plans.
I have a ed email from Etihad ing my flights. e.g.,
1 – An email ation of my bookings from Etihad dated March 21 providing us with an Electronic Ticket for Anthony Machado Philomena Machado.
2 – On April 4th, I received an email from Etihad informing me to get ready for my flight on April 14th and providing me with the flight details.
3 – I also enclose a screen shot of the payments I made through my Visa card.
I kindly request the responsible authorities at Etihad to urgently call me on the number below . I need to know the status of my flight.. for April 14

Suggested solution:
Confirm my bookings for the same flight of April 14 and a direct return to Toronto on April 24. This is for all the stress and anxieties that Etihad has put us through.
