My complaint:
In early October 2022 Etihad pulled me, at the departure gate, from a flight home from Abu Dhabi to Melbourne and could not get me another flight for 4 days. They eventually agreed to compensate me 600 Euro. Despite agreement and apologies the refund never eventuated. I call and email weekly to no avail. There is no official way to escalate the complaint. Their emails have links leading no where and customer service, while full of apologies, have no ability to resolve anything. I will never fly with Etihad again and warn others against them. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are 100% at fault and choose to do nothing.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the compensation they promised.
