My complaint:

I write this complaint here because my case is not solved since november 2022 ! hope to get back my money ! I got a travel bank amount in february 2022, i received an email saying i have 730 days to use it. In November 2022, i tried to book ticket on Etihad but it was impossible to use the amount available, only 52 euros ! So i contacted Travel Bank by emails with the screens shot but they didin’t solve it and give me always the same answer ! I sent almost 20 emails but nothing … In February 2023, i received an email from Ethiad saying that my credit amount is expired !!! So i couldn’t believe it ! I sent again emails but always the same answer ‘ your credit is expired since February 2023 ‘. So, i’m fed up, Etihad don’t respect their rules announced to their clients, they changed the policy allowing Etihad to steal our money, I don’t agree and i wil not give up until i get my money back. I will go through a lawyer if i don’t get my money. Many clients have the same problem. Thank you to share my case to Managers Boards.
