My complaint:
Etihad has offered an amount 50US for compensation of damages luggage. This sounds nice however they send emails with links that dont work and then close the case. I have now called 6 times, average an hour always ending the same; they promise to resolve and I receive an email. With a link that does not work.
Suggested solution:
Wire 50 US to my account which I have given numerous times via email or alternatively add Etihad points of that equivalent to my travel account. I have proposed this also a numerous times.
