My complaint:
. I booked a ticket on Etihad website on 12232022. When I was checking to manage my booking on 3162023. I was not able to find my ticket. I called Etihad Customer service within 30mins to find out why ticket is not showing online. Someone from customer support told me my ticket was refunded. I said I did not request for refund why Etihad refunded my ticket, then customer support told me I am requesting to cancel the refund request it will take up to 24 hours. Next day I called again to find out the status of the matter again customer support told me you have to wait 48 hours to finish our investigation. I after that I called almost every day to find out what happened to my ticket but Etihad did not give me any answer. Also, I have not received any email or any other communication regarding the issue. I need to travel on the day I booked the ticket for. But Etihad not helping me at all. This is last place I am requesting for a resolution.
