My complaint:
We booked a return ticket from Sydney to Mumbai with Etihad airways. On the way back they denied boarding a plane on the basis, we had a stop over more than 24 hours. And my wife s passport s expiry was less than 6 months. If 6 months validity rule is there, they shouldn’t allow us to travel from Sydney.
We ended up buying a very expensive ticket through other airlines. Where we can file a complaint for compensation. Please help.Thanks
