My complaint:
I have booked a ticket thru etihad website, due to some circumstances I have to change my flying date. I called the etihad customer service make change paid the Penalty and air fair difference and ticket was issued and ed. Few day after my ticket was canceled without my consent.
I have been try to resolve this issue from 14 days. When I call etihad customer service Reps and supervisor couldn’t answer me n just asking more n more time. Problem I not been rectify by them. I’m suppose to fly on 10 April 2023. Neither they are refunding the money. I try to get in touch with etihad via email as well but no reply from them. Every department is blaming each other.. please try to help me in this situation.. this getting very stressful.
Suggested solution:
As long as book me ticket to my flying date.. 10 April 2023
