My complaint:
Dear concern, complaint Department ,EITHAD AIRWAYS.
Me and my daughter have travelled from karachi to Toronto via abu Dhabi on 1.8.23. During flight from ABU DHABI TO TORONTO( 14 HOURS FLIGHT) we both were very frustrated due to non-operational TV/ LED screen (located at every back of passenger seats) for entertainment in whole flight till Arrival of Toronto airport.
We were very bored and tired due to inactive screen. But all passengers were playing movies, music , and many more and got entertainment except us. please compensate this otherwise we will not avail EITHAD AIRWAYS again.
