Etihad Airways complaint: refused boarding because counter agent doesn’t know the USA green card rules, and refused to listen

My complaint:

I have a valid USA immigration green card status. The counter agent didn’t know how to understand the entered/admitted stamp, and was only looking at the old USA visa to USA to GET THE GREEN CARD.

See attached stamp and green card copy.

So, I was denied boarding.

I explained the rules. He refused to listen. HE TALKED TO ME IN BAD WORDS. INSULTED ME (AND I AM A PROFESSOR). HE SAID IT IS NOT MY JOB TO KNOW THE RULES. I SAID: MY DAUGHTERS ARE ALONE AND WAITING FOR ME. HE INDICATED HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THAT.

We contacted the USA pre-clearance in Abu Dhabi, and the USA immigration man there said the counter agent MUST KNOW THE RULES. THAT IS HIS JOB. YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN BOARDING PASSES.

We even got the Saudia counter agent to tell your Etihad the rules, but he refused. He was more concerned about his pride (FACE) than helping us.

SO . . . we had to change our ticket and now we have lost SR 2,700 in no show penalties and change fees.

I DEMAND JUSTICE !!! I DEMAND A REFUND !!!

I chose Etihad ONLY because of the USA preclearance. Not for the Etihad flight experience.

Suggested solution:

I demand justice !!! I demand full refund of no show fees and change penalities.
