My complaint:
31st July Etiah cracked frame of my baggage and we spent nearly 2 months complaining and making reports and also paying 20 dolars for a report imposed by Etiah with their partner company to prove and bagagge was damaged and beyond repair and after ALL documents and we proved their responsability they was to pay only 50 Singapurean dolars …. completelly unaceptable because it is proved bagagge cost 540 dolars… we have photos and reports and invoices everything following their complaints procedure and at the very end Etiah do nothing … do not fly Etiah they break baggage and after all they are rude they do nothing for their customers and they just loose our time and money following a completelly uselss procedure to complain for nothing

I want a new bag becasue it is proved Etiah borken my baggage and it is proved in written by the Etiah partner their responsability and thei fault
