My complaint:
I have used etihad phone call center to exchange a ticket, i received help to book a new ticket after few days i have notice that my tickets has significant amount of lay over wait time in connection flight ( 20 hours )
The agent on the phone did not warn me about it. After i contacted etihad to replace this wrong ticket, i have been told that i will have to pay extra charges to get a different ticket.
Suggested solution:
Give full refund or replace my ticket
