My complaint:
A flight was cancelled in Nov 22. Guest Miles were refunded but not the money.
I’ve had numerous online conversations but to no avail.
The standard response is that someone will get in touch between 24 and 48 hours but no one does.
Today I’ve escalated the complaint but, yes you’ve guessed it, ‘someone will be in touch between 24 and 48 hours.’
Suggested solution:
Issue the refund
