Etihad Airways complaint: 18h50m of Layover without Hotel booking

My complaint:

I have worst experience with Etihad Airlines.

I booked a ticket from Paris, France(CDG) to Bengaluru, India with Etihad Airways on coming 02122022. It start at 9:30 in CDG and reached AbuDhabi AUB at 19:10 and again start to BLR at 14:00 next day(include night waiting). I am having 18h50m of layover in Abudhabi(AUB). As per Airlines rules and promotion of Etihad, layover stopping in Abu Dhabi is 10 – 24 hours, they provide free accommodation.

In Etihad transist notice,

Stopping in Abu Dhabi is 10 – 24 hours? Make the most of long connections with Transit connect.

Complimentary accommodation close to the airport

Applies to Economy, Business and First guests on eligible Etihad Airways flights

You must book at least five days before your arrival in Abu Dhabi

On November 12, I tried booking of accommodation but there is no vacancy of hotel. I called customer support of etihad,they said I have to book online and explain about the situation there is no vacancy, they said keep on trying may be someone cancel booking then you can get the reservation. But I tried frequently, but it still no vacancy. I called and explain that I am girl and there is 18h50 layover including night, I can’t stay at airport. Its not safe for me. Even customer support executive also try to book in online same no vacancy. They say I have to mail transist connect.

I called more than 3 times to customer support and sent mail to transist connect etihad(only get reply from auto generated mail). No use.

I really don’t understand, if it’s limited free accommodation, why they post that they are giving free accommodation and then what kind of Airlines rule they are follow. Atleast its kind of accept, if they say this is the problem, so I can’t get free accommodation. But I just received auto generated email from November 12, that I have to book online. Even I explained what I am facing.

Note: I traveled BLR to CDG on Sept 5 by GULF AIRLINES with same 18h of layover in bahrain but they provide me free hotel, free food and free airport transfer.

So I thing most of the Airlines will provide this type of facilities but etihad just announcement this type of offer and not provide properly (because not denoted it limited)

Now however, I have to stay in airport for 18h50m. (Even, before booking I ed with one of etihad customer support executive about free accommodation)

I really didn’t recommended anyone etihad airlines

Suggested solution:

I need a free accommodation during 18h50m of layover as they mentioned in their website. Or Change my Flight with less layover time flight to BLR on Dec 1 or Dec 2.
