My complaint:
I have paid for seats at front row as I’m travelling with my infant baby and wife. They simply changed those seats and now I cannot sit with my family and seats are randomly assigned.
Etihad, this is really in-human and I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from your side after taking extra payment for preferred seat.
Suggested solution:
I don't think they have anything more to say . but a decent solution will be 'return the extra payment they took from me for nothing '
