My complaint:

Hi,
I was travelling from Melbourne to Ahmedabad by Etihad Airways.

During this flight, the air hostess served me spoiled or stale food. I ate 3–4 spoons out of it, and it was bad in taste and very sticky, so I checked closely and smelled it. I also noticed its terrible sour smell and slimy texture Which is an indicates that there’s too much moisture and it could harbour bad bacteria. which showed that food has been stale for many days. i got panicked as i already had few spoon of this food.

I directly talked to Airhostess and showed her that this has a very slimy texture and a bad smell and taste. She got scared too and requested to me that please do not disclose anything about stale food to anyone, she also requested me to delete the video as i already took it as a proof.

She was the manager of the flight cabin crew. She told me that you are talking to the right person, and she ed with me that the food is stale and she is very sorry about it, and you can do whatever you want to like. She will support me. She assured me on it.
During the entire flight, I was feeling nauseated and vomiting, and I did it twice. I was restless. I couldn’t eat anything after this incident on the flight. I skipped three meals and did not have anything. It was a very terrible journey for me.

It is Arilines duty to make sure they serve fresh food in flight. A person travelling by air expects a certain standard of courtesy, care, and service. If the airline is negligent, it is liable to compensate the consumer.
The compensation should be commensurate with the seriousness of the deficiency in service.

I want compensation for this.

Suggested solution:

I want compensation for this as i suffered during the flight i was having bad stomach ache and feeling hopeless. this could lead to death aswell.
the nature of deficiency in service could have affected the health or nearly death experience.
I completely stayed hungry during the flight. i was completely rely on water. I did not eat anything in entire journey.
