My complaint:

I booked a ticket in Etihad. I had to cancel the flight due to an advancement in my exam schedule so I have to leave earlier than expected. I was supposed to get a refund of about 350 euros. But after 80 business days, I still didn’t receive any information. As for students like me, the money is really important for me.

By refunding the momey
