My complaint:
I had ed ticket from Tampa to Hyderabad (India) partnered with Jet blue and Etihad airways. 11/11/23 when I was at TPA jet blue did not boarded my flight in-spite I had e-ticket which was ed. They rescheduled my flight from TPA to JFK evening 4 pm. Since morning I was with customer care of both airlines they say sorry we understand your problem and finally jet blue give ation ticket and customer care support says honey you are fine now. But, I came to JFK Etihad airways manager did not allowed me to board flight because he was blaming jet blue airlines. Now I am in JFK for more than 24 hours without any help either of airlines. When I call both customer care they blame each other.
Both the airline managers played a soccer game thronging me to different directions.
Suggested solution:
After 8 hours s on recorded line they rescheduled my flight 1:40 pm date 11/12/23
I started 4:00 am dated 11/11/23 to TPA Ian’s I am still in JFK till 1:40 pm (11/12/23)
Still I am going to board flight or not god knows…
