My complaint:

I contacted etihad many times for money back for unused tickets. In first etihad recognised my claim but said is to early to return the money. Later etihad saying to contact agent (direct flights / studentuniverse). But when contacted agents, the agents saying the money with etihad.

Suggested solution:

mONEY BACK.
