My complaint:
At the counter number 12 the lady she was dealing with us was Tabassam she was so rude and demanding bribe about more than one hundred thousand of Pakistani Rupees to clear our luggage that was 7KG over limit and the same time there was one family Infront of us did pay just three thousand for 10kg over limit that they had.
When I was travelling in lift she was in same lift she did make false complaint against me as she said this person make a picture of her when I did open my security lock and give them my phone to check then she change the topic then the staff people try to dismiss the issue and she was threatening to me as she will not make me travel in the Airplane.
I will really appreciate if Etihad Airways take this issue in their consideration and make their safe otherwise you will loose your business.
