My complaint:

Arrived at Manchester Airport 11-15 am on time on 28th February. Only to arrive at the baggage area after a long flight and had to wait over 90 minutes to collect our baggage.The flight crew received there’s and went. There was no representative around to explain what was going on and the flight that that came after us had collected there baggage and gone. Because of being so late our taxi driver who was picking up children from school this has caused him a lot of problems. We were very very disappoint with part of the Ether experience.

Suggested solution:

There should have been a representative there to inform people what was happening and made sure the baggage came at a reasonable time.
