I am Dr hany hagag ahmed
I had a ticket reservation on the Ethiopian airlines website
Ticket number: 0712140954007
From Sao Paulo, brazil to Cairo, egypt at 30/9/2023 1.45 am.
I was denied to board the flight by the check in ethiopian airlines crew
They said my ticket is blocked as the purchase was made by some else (my friend) credit card
I told them I didn’t get any note or e-mail with any problem
I even made the online check in without problems
I offered to get any proof, they refused and replied in a very rude way
I want to charge a complaint and get a refund.

I e-mailed them for a refund and they just procrastinate me
