My complaint:
Arrival and transfer was so bad. As I was moving on to my next plane. This rude dude stretched his hand to my neck and yanked my scarf from my head. Not saying a word before or after the event. Not sure if he was a pervert of a racist or both.
Suggested solution:
They should teach their staff etiquette
