My complaint:
A lady and gentleman at the counter requested my wife and two children to pay for the excess weight in their hand luggage. I know that hand luggage is not charged by Ethiopian Airlines. This happened around 9.45 -1030am on Saturday, January 13th,2024. They boarded ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES, ET 920

The manager and Ghanaian employees devise ways and means to extort money from poor travelers. Please review and fire the responsible culprits
Suggested solution:
Fire all Ghanaian workers at the Ethiopian lines in Ghana and recruit new ones who are responsible without getting bribes. Preferably Ethiopian workers
