My complaint:
Dear SirMadam,
I have recently travelled from London to Jigjiga while being on transit in Addis Ababa on 24th of June.
My name is Mohamed Faysal Haji and my ticket number was 0715045579076.
My case number i have opened up in Jigjiga is AHLJIJET10832 and PNR number is GVLQIH.
One of my bags was found but i have the most important one missing and i have been told the case would be close and i find this unacceptable.
the case being closed while my bags is till missing is something i wont have, i believe my stolen and i would take this further to a solicitor.
and would not stop there as i would write letters everywhere making sure I am heard, in the bag i had few important things in there such as medication for my sick father my clothes and many more important stuffs I had for my family.
I would like this case to be re-opened till my bag is found. the stress this has caused my i never went through, to find my bag i did everything. i went to Jigjiga airport couple times and had to extend my ticket and pay extra money, stayed in hotel in Addis so I could go to where the lost bags are and when i landed in Heathrow also checked terminal two with Ethiopian airlines and they said the bags were dispatched. for me to be told the case is closed and move on make a compensation is not something i want to hear.
this case has to be reopened and my bag needs to be found asap other i will continue writing everywhere complaining about what has happened to me.
