My complaint:
I am so frustrated dealing with Ethiopian airlines customer support. I have been struggling to get an issue resolved since October, but am getting no assistance. My miles are not accumulating after flights. I log a complaint. Send through al the details. Then get a response that the miles have been captured. When it clearly has not. I send screen shot proof of this, but get ignored. 50% of emails I send also gets ignored
