My complaint:
I flew from Abuja to Lilongwe via Addis Ababa on the 8th and 9th august 2023. on arrival at Lilongwe, I could not find my luggage. I filed a complain for my missing luggage after waiting at the airport for hours. I had to leave the airport without my luggage, waited for three (3) days before my luggage eventually arrived Lilongwe. I received my luggage on the 11th of august 2023 with my box completely wet/soaked with water. This completely damaged my books worth hundred of dollars.
Suggested solution:
Compensate me for the delay in receiving my luggage as well as replaced damaged books.
