My complaint:
Dear sir, Me Md Mohibul Islam. My ticket ref no : NUAYXU and my wife named Anika Farzia and son named MD mahidul Islam ticket ref no is:NUAWRC . Go to Kuala Lumpur airport boarding to go to Dubai ( DXB) on time. 4th August,2023. Everyting was fine. But the station manager off load us because he said my infant have some issue.
I had my whole family emerits id. But he said he can not verify. This is very poor service. Because me and my wife emerits ID is ok they have seen but they said my son emerits ID can not verify. It is really funny service. I have shown them the all of our emerits id card. Now they said me to re issue the ticket. I am a sufferer and i can not pay any extra money and for the dealy and off load i have faced many financial problem. So, please solve it for me. I do no have money to re issue the ticket. I want justice and damarage.
