Esurance complaint: NO communication for over 6 weeks.

My complaint:

On 82022 I was in a car accident. I filed a claim with Esurance on 82022. After being contacted by the claims department on 82122 we communicated until 82322 when I was told my claim is being transferred to the Total loss department after my vehicle was inspected and Esurance took the vehicle. Today is 10522, I have not had any communication from Esurance since 82322. I have made several phone calls to esurance, left multiple voicemails for the total loss department rep that I have contact information for and I have left voicemails for his supervisor and all calls go unanswered and no call back.. I have emailed a few different people at esurance multiple times with no response. I have messaged the rep on claim360 that they set up with no response, I have commented on esurance facebook page and messenger several times. The response is always I has submitted your claim to the escalation department and you will get contacted in 1-3 business days. I never get a call. Esurance on facebook messenger even said they can see no contact has been made and is looking into it, Yet still no communication back. it now has been 6 week since I have heard from Esurance about my claim. They deemed the vehicle to be a total loss but I have no idea where its even located at and so far I have made to vehicle payments for a vehicle I have no idea whats going on with it or location of it. I have to be intentionally being ignored for some reason or this is a scam. This company is not professional at all and have zero communication affecting peoples lives. This company is performing a scam. I have documented all attempts of communication with Esurance.
