My complaint:

I filed a claim with Esurance back in early November for my stolen vehicle which was recovered but damaged. I’ve had almost zero contact with the representative handling my claim. I barely to get a rental which Esurance did not give me an extension for. So Enterprise has charged me numerous fees and put me in the hole financially I’m extremely dissatisfied with this company’s service!

Suggested solution:

Communication, helping to resolve my rental issues, and finances as well.
