My complaint:

I was unable to make the required payments for my car insurance premium for 2 months and when I went into the account, the system wouldn’t allow me to update my banking information so the payment posted to a closed bank account back in January 2023, and Esurance is unwilling to extend one of the returned drafts to two weeks from the cancellation date of Feb 12, 2023.

Suggested solution:

By allowing me to make the partial $277 payment on or before Feb 12, 2023, and not cancel my premium on Feb 12, 2023.
