My complaint:
A tree limb went through my roof on march 22 it is now april19 and they tell me they are not going to fix my roof. There is ceiling damage in 4 rooms and even in my basement and my dining room furniture is damaged. They say I have a 3000 deductible which I didn’t know on wind and hail, so they used deductible to fix the inside ceilings and allowed 331 to fix only the hole where the limb went in and not going to fix the roof in the other places! My roofer told me I have to have a roof and so did the leak detection specialist they sent.I am 71 yrs old and pay 175.00 a month in premium. I have contacted a attorney, but shouldn’t have to do all this.Worst insurance I have ever dealt with!!
Suggested solution:
Replace my roof before my whole house is ruined and do what is right!
